The inaugural Hoosier JVA Challenge events are a joint effort brought to you by Asics Munciana, Asics Team Indiana and Indy Juniors volleyball clubs. Participation is open to all AAU, JVA, and USAV registered teams. All participants will be fully insured regardless of affiliation. We STRONGLY encourage you to register online for prompt admittance and processing into the play dates. All registrations that are being mailed in need to be mailed to Team Indiana, 2570 N Shadeland Ave Indianapolis, IN 46219 made payable to Team Indiana. Do not mail your entry to the individual site, it will not be processed!
All participants must complete the JVA Medial Release Form and Release of Liability to be eligible to participate in any of the events listed below! Coaches should hold on to a copy of these form for the duration of the 2010 season.
